Mental Health is the term widely used to decribe how we act, feel, think, and handle stress just to name a few. Mental Health is one of the most imoortant things in our lives that can be taken care of, but yet people overlook it because they don't have "depression". Mental Health is more than having Bipolar Disorder, being diagnosed with depression, or being Suicidal. It's also about how you take care of your Mental State from time to time.
